Bunhybee Grasslands is a 49 hectare / 120 acre conservation property 35km south of Braidwood, in southern N.S.W.
You can follow through the internal links, or you may find it easier to use the Site-Map.
This page is intended to provide space for descriptions of the several somewhat different plant communities on the property. The location descriptions below will make more sense if read in conjunction with NCT's Vegetation Community Map, and this rough schematic map:
The intention is to use the NCT-supplied overall Species List to develop separate Species Lists for each community, with indications of the relative abundance of each species in the particular area and any relationships that are apparent. We'll also have reference to FOG's Species List and the Bega Valley Plant Index.
We doubt our ability to do a convincing job of this alone, but we're hopeful that we may be able to attract Friends of Grasslands (FOG) to apply their considerable expertise to the challenge.
